Description
Wine producing method :
Selective picking of fully ripe grapes, crushing fementation under perfectly controlled temperature conditions followed by 8 to 15 day maceration post fermentation.
Tasting :
Pretty robe with hints of garnet. Concentrated black berry fruit nose, blackcurrants, bigarreau cherries…… A full bodied, structured tannic wine.
