Selective picking of fully ripe grapes, crushing fementation under perfectly controlled temperature conditions followed by 8 to 10 day maceration post fermentation. Frequent over pumping for maximum aroma.
Tasting :
Vita Mea is a mellow red wine with those wonderful spicy nuances of Syrah. It is crisp to the mouth and its concentration lends it a full bodied finish. A fleshy round wine.
